Once ready, let it rest in the fridge and serve it in a bowl, possibly accompanied by whipped cream.

How to make kiwi ice cream

First, clean the kiwis and put them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours 1.

Then cut them into pieces or slices: the shape does not matter, because the kiwis must be mixed 2.

Blend them with an immersion blender until smooth. 3.

Using a wooden spoon, mix the blended kiwis with the cold sugar, cream and milk until the ingredients are well blended. 4.

Work the mixed kiwi with the sugar and, as soon as the mixture is well mixed, add the milk and the cream. Put the mixture in the freezer for 10 hours or overnight.

Alternatively, you can prepare the kiwi ice cream without cream and without milk, using 500 g of kiwi, 1 egg white and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Clean the kiwis, cut them and put them in the freezer bags. Store in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Mix the granulated sugar until it is fine. Combine frozen kiwi and pulse intermittently until creamy. Whip the egg white until stiff, add it to the mixture and mix well. Transfer everything to a steel container, cover with aluminum foil and store in the freezer. After an hour, take it out and mix; repeat the operation within two hours. Once the necessary time has elapsed, take the ice cream out of the freezer at least half an hour before serving it and mix it for a few minutes.
